Just for fun… I ran across an article about a museum dedicated to tacos. It's called Museo del Taco, in Tijuana, Mexico. It is a real museum focusing on the various kinds of ingredients that can go into tacos and how they are produced. It also has taco-themed art installations and music events. As described in an article in SFGate by Julie Tremaine, "the museum has serious artistic inspiration and is as much an educational experience and tribute to Tijuana's long tradition of taquerias as it is a fun romp through immersive installations." The food looks delicious, and the website says it is a restaurant, as it should because just looking at the photos made me hungry. If I am ever out that way, I would like to check it out!
